This Blended Banana Chia Pudding is naturally sweetened, thick and creamy and LOADED with nutrients! Perfect for an easy healthy breakfast or snack!

Cook Time: 5 minutes to prep, store overnight in the fridge before eating.
You’ll need the following:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 3 tbsp. chia seeds
- Dash of vanilla extract
- Cinnamon
- OPTIONAL: Protein powder, peanut butter, cacao nibs, granola
Next Steps:
1. Blend together 1/2 banana with the rest of the ingredients in a blender or nutribullet.
2. Let chill overnight in the fridge.
3. Toppings!! I use peanut butter, the other half of the banana, cacao nibs, and some granola.
